Never though you'd find such an utility at sysinternals...
Going to give it a try too!

Tested.
Seems to be a keeper, at first it didn't look like it was going to have a "save function"...
but ctrl+s came to the rescue.

While drawing
-Shift leftclick -> Lines
-Ctrl leftclick -> Boxes
-Shift+Ctrl Leftclick -> Arrows
Ah... never mind it's all explained in the options window....
