To join the 3 .exe parts use HJsplit (small app), free on the web. That's it

If it joined and the exe is ok you can use 7-zip to extract the files to a folder then install via setup.
Perhaps related to admin settings, the installer file is fully working, but can be extracted.

What do I join the files with? I used HJsplit but it wants the extension to be .001, .002, which I renamed. When I double click the resulting .exe nothing happens. Any advice?

Edit: Nevermind, I used FFSJ and it worked.
