Why make things complicated? It can be difficult to spot these fuckers, just write some vB code to deal with it.

I would love for a auto detection script for these things, but I fail to see anything of the sort (for vb at least).
But this new setup should also be sufficient:
-Minimum of 10 posts to post any images/urls + 3 day since registration wait on links.
-Minimum of 30 posts to use images/urls in your signature.
-Users with under 30 posts gets the notice bar demonstrated above, which is visible to all members.
-Also added extra bot detectors to registration (Won't work on human spammers)

I made the values a bit on the low end to prevent from screwing over new comer releasers too hard. 10 posts isn't that bad, and most spammers get quickly discouraged by any sort of extra work (Why keep posting here when there's thousands of easier forums to spam). Not going to stop the most dedicated spammers though.
I'll start raising the values if quite a bit of those bastards start pushing through the limits.

P.s. These hard post limits should also greatly reduce other forms of human spam. I also applied a 10 post min to send pms to deal with most pm spam.

That's pretty smart. Minimum of 150-300 posts before one can post in the request sections would also be nice, if possible? To avoid newbies filling up request threads with garbage, thinking they're entitled to something. This could result in them contributing as well (not with releases, although that would be nice, but just with answers to peoples questions in general help and what not). Keyword being could, don't really have much faith left for people these days..

What exactly are you Wowing about. He hasn't posted for over a year, bypassing nonexistent filters, and apparently he was using a url that I later on added to the censorship list from someone else, hence why they were all broken. Not like we would edit them like that manually.
All the system does it make it more obvious for people to spot, it doesn't farm posts for us.
Please use the report function next time, unless you're trying to point out a flaw.
