Default JRA Files?

Hey guys my name is Ben just recently joined this community about a week ago. Im currently downloading Jason Ryan's animation tutorials and there coming in as JRA Files i never saw those types of files before. My question is does any one know how to open these types of files because i have absolutely know idea how to i looked it up on google and can't really find anything. By the way I'm using Mac not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Thank you in advanced,

well.. winrar is "free" (never ending evaluation version)

and yes, you should finish loading the files, then open them in winrar (or 7Zip or ...)
usually you open the .rar file, if there is none then look for .r00 or .r01

yes, those files are multi-span (splitted) rar archives, however you need all files to extract the entire archive set!

well... you don't want to know how many win3.11/win95 installations I have killed when I started with PCs ^_^
