Hi people, I'm having some problems trying to generate an activation key for Maya 2010. I installed the software and just where you have to enter the activation key the crack has a program called X-force that is supposedly gives you an activation key. I take the request code from the Maya install page and enter this into the X-force page and then your supposed to click on mem patch then generate to get a key but when I click on mem patch a message comes up saying "could not get debug privilege, are you admin"

If I can just understand what I should do to sort this out I think I can get he key and open Maya up.

By the way I operate on Windows 7, 64 bit system.

Well if you do not understand what means "are you an admin?" then oh boy....


Change to admin account if not already on it , disable UAC, try again, learn a bit about your OS

Just encase you don't know what he means by UAC it is User Account Control the the thing that keeps asking you if you really wanna do this action turn that off then try.

I tried again after setting the UAC to never notify and I get the same message when trying to click mem patch with the X-force program. This is for the 64 bit X-Force.

I tried the 32-bit X-force in the same way and when I click mem patch I get two messages, firstly "no debug" and then "you need to apply patch when licence screen appears". I don't know why I'm getting two different messages when I run mem patch with the 32 bit key generator and 64-bit generator.

Please help me to fix the problem with the mem patch for the 64 bit X-force key gen!!

Ahh it worked, I just had to restart windows after setting UAC to never notify. Maya 2010 here i come!
