Ripping Models from Google Earth/Virtual Earth

Hey I'm trying to figure out how to rip models out of Google Earth or Virtual Earth. Anyone know how?

I'm on Vista 64, but I have XP 32 bit too if I need to use that one.

with Sketchup 7 and google earth 5 you can select any model in google earth and import it in sketchup.
After that you can open it in any 3d package.
