Cool [SOLVED] FryRender + Maya 2009 Animation Export / General Issues

====[ FryRender One SP2 + Maya 2009 Issues Workaround Guide ]====

Ok, I know this should probably go into the Tutorial section but I think it's mostly relevant here. (admins, correct me if I'm wrong)

I have run into many camera issues with exporting an animated scene from Maya 2009 to FryRender. Here is a detailed explanation of the issue you might be having with FryRender when you try to render an expoted animation:

---

PROBLEM #1:

[ISSUE] When changing/adjusting camera settings within FryRender, the settings only apply on the first frame, and defaults on the other frames.

[SOLUTION] Before exporting a scene with animation be sure to set the render settings to "full animation range" and enable "depth of field" checkbox on your camera(s) and set the f-stops, focus distance to your likings. At the moment you cannot change the camera settings inside FryRender and have the settings applied to every frame. Just go back into Maya and adjust your camera in there, then export again. (sucks but it's the only way until RandomControl fixes the bug).

---

PROBLEM #2:

[ISSUE] Camera settings are grayed out after stopping a render.

[SOLUTION] Continue the render and cancel it immediately after it warms up. Now go into the camera tab and the camera settings should not be grayed out.

---

If you guys run into any new issues with the Maya Plugin, or any workarounds please share.
