I´m going to catalogue every free good plugin for 2013 out of this list (with info, install instructions, etc), its already a good place to see when a new version compile for 2013 is out. Either commercial or free plugin.

iray Manager enables support for the iray string options in 3ds Max.
Changelog:

- Infinite, hemisphere and sphere mode are fixed and WORKING

mr Options Manager adds support in 3ds Max for Unified Sampling, Progressive Rendering, IBL, Importons and Irradiance Particles, which are hidden string options. The script enables you to save all settings into the file so you can load in a different session or send it to network rendering (except for IBL).

Advanced Painter is a modular brush-based distribution tool derrived from the Nature Painter script. This tool comes with 7 inks:
  • Grass: to create grasses; Grass: to create simple grasses
  • Hair [new]: used to create simple hair/fur (or as guide hair for Shag:Hair
  • Randomizer [new]: a variation of Scatterer used to randomly distribute a selection of objects.
  • Stone: to create simple stones and peebles.
  • Spaghetti: spaghetties, noodles, wires and other long things maker.
  • Scatterer [updated]: a generic but powerful object scattering tool.
  • Toothpaste: the fun but not-so-useful toothpaste generator.
Here the list of changes and additions:

Installation
  1. Extract advPainter_1.6.0.mzp
  2. Start Max. MaxScript>Run Script ... and choose the extraced file. A dialog box will inform you that installation is successful.
  3. Install Advanced Painter action item (found under 'Painter' category) to your toolbar, main menu bar, or quadmenu. You set up a shortcut key or menu item for Advanced Painter the same way you would configure a regular 3ds interface item. Go to Customize / Customize User Interface, change the category to 'Painter' and assign a shortcut. Click ok. Voila. If you are having difficulty installing Advanced Painter or any other script, try checking out the script installation page, especially the videos demonstrating the process.
Uninstalling Advanced Painter: During setup, the the following files are copied. If you wish to uninstall Advanced Painter just delete them yourself.

Wave Generator

I started to write a wave generator tool for 3ds max with the help of my friend Philippe Jadoul.
Our main idea was to write a commercial tool with several fonctions, such as breacking waves, dynamics, foam and more.
Unfortunately, we had no time to finish it.
I received a lot of messages asking me if I would release it even if it wasn't finished.

We decided to release it as an open alpha.
We do not provide any shader nor presets, you have to make your own.
We're currently not working on it.
You will find bugs.

Please read the comments before reporting a bug, it may be that someone asked it before and got an answer.\
I will update the Wave Generator Tool with the latest version asap.

Vray for 2013 isnt cracked yet, so doesnt belong here "YET".

There is also a 2012 plugin list by same original poster, that list is also CRACKED list. Please search and refer to since u dont get it. I dont care what the title says. This is CGP. THIS IS A SUB-THREAD IN THE RELEASE SECTION... NOT THE REQUEST... NOT THE GENERAL, OFF-TOPIC, OR TRASH CAN SECTION. comprende?

This isnt a list of UNCRACKED plugins... Theres other sites for just that kind of info... CGP is about cracked apps/plugins etc.

Yes... We all know vray is wanted. Hell, while your at it, then why dont you start adding a few hundred OTHER uncracked plugins since u think this is just a list, working or not????????? Jeez. :/

Populate:Terrain is a scripted plugin for Autodesk 3ds max. It assists in creating and optimizing terrain surfaces from contour lines or from existing meshes.
The quad based output allows for easier later remodeling, for example using push/pull painting. The regular face size reduces rendering issues (GI, displacement) and you can use Turbosmooth on it. It’s also a lot nicer to look at!
The result is always standard 3ds max geometry, so there are no issues with future 3ds max versions, exchanging scene files or using 3rd party renderers.

Spline meshing

Fill
When converting a spline shape to a mesh or poly object, 3ds max operates on triangle strips. This is a mathematically efficient approach but not always the desired result from a users perspective.
Populate:Panels gives you a nice quad based poly surface to work with, while preserving the original border edges.

Contour lines are a standard for terrain generation. The 3ds max Terrain Compound is a robust tool for creating surfaces. However, the resulting mesh is always a mess.

JJTools 2013 contains the following MAXScripts for 3ds Max 2013.

Add Physique v3.0

Adds a Physique modifier to the selected object. Allows Physique to be linked to the right click menu.

Advanced Align v3.0

Quickly aligns the local position and rotation of the selected object to the next object the user picks.

Affect Pivot v3.0

This script simulate's Maya's "Affect Pivot" tool and prompts the user to create a new pivot point for the selected object.

Animated Align v3.0 - MOVIE

This script keys the alignment of one object to another over a specified period of time. The user can chose to align the position, rotation and scale independently or combined. Both the step size and frame range are user definable. It is very useful for keying objects on every frame for game exports. Now supports alignment to "link constrained" objects.

Base Pivot v3.0

This script will set the pivot point of all selected objects to be at the centre of their bases.

BBC Radio 5 v3.0 - MOVIE

I wrote this little tool so that I could discreetly listen to Euro 2004 while working in Max.

Biped Pivot Points v3.0

This script will toggle through the most common pivot points of a biped’s foot to help speed the creation of animations.

Biped Selector v3.0

This script makes selecting biped bones a breeze. A floating window contains an intuitive graphical selection of buttons to allow the user to quickly select any biped limb. Features include:
· Shift-click selects the bone and all its children.
· Ctrl-click adds multiple bones to the selection
· Alt-click removes bones from the selection.
· Graphical interface to aid the selection of the feet's pivot points.
· Supports multiple bipeds

Camera Orbit v3.0

This script automatically creates a camera that will orbit the selected objects. The distance of the camera is calcualated based on the size of the selected objects so that they will always fit the screen. This tool is great for creating demo reel renders of models and animations.

Centre Pivot v3.0

Centres the pivot point of the selected object.

Clever Biped Move v3.0

This script toggles the selection between the current biped's horizontal and vertical transforms.

Clever Move v3.0

This script cycles through the coordinate system of the move tool. Press once for 'View', and again for 'Local'. Each press advances a coordinate system. Best when mapped to the 'W' key, replacing the standard 'Move' Tool.

Clever Rotate v3.0

This script cycles through the coordinate system of the rotate tool. Press once for 'View', and again for 'Local'. Each press advances a coordinate system. Best when mapped to the 'E' key, replacing the standard 'Rotate' Tool.

Clever Scale v3.0

This script cycles through the coordinate system of the scale tool. Press once for 'View', and again for 'Local'. Each press advances a coordinate system. Best when mapped to the 'R' key, replacing the standard 'Scale' Tool.

Create Align v3.0

When 3D Studio Max crashes, do you find it frustrating searching for the most recent autobak file? If so, this is the perfect script for you. This tool will sort through all autobak files and load the most recent version. I find myself using this tool a little too much.

Organise Scene Selection Sets v3.0 - MOVIE

This tool creates a floating window listing all of the selection sets in your current scene. You can then toggle the visibility of each set by checking the appropriate check. If you decide to add more selection sets simply re-run the script and the dialogue box will update to reflect the changes. This makes managing large files much easier!

Organise Specified Selection Sets v3.0 - MOVIE

This script is very similar to the “Organize Scene Selection Sets” script except it creates buttons to hide/unhide objects based on the prefixes of object names in Max. If you have a selection of objects beginning with the letters 'GNW_' or 'GNE_' it will automatically create buttons to hide/unhide such objects. Any prefixes can be defined in the setup options and will be saved for use on future scenes.

Playback Speeds v3.0

This tool allows the user to quickly change the playback speed of their animation while it is being played. Simple buttons grant the user the ability to play Max’s timeline at ¼x, ½x, 1x, 2x or 4x the regular speed.

I often use this tool when working in expert mode as it gives the user access to the playback tools of the timeline.

Selection Set Material v3.0

Generates selection sets based on Material names. It will group all objects using the same material into one selection set.

UVW Map Selected v3.0

This script will apply a UVWMap modifier on all selected objects and set the mapping type to box.

I have made one thing:
Install the demo version 1.58, then used the patched file from 1.57.10.
The rayfire window tool works but i didn't try work with rayfire.
If anyone could try the plugin....

A2Dimage is a scripted 3ds Max plug-in for adding simple 2D images with alpha channel to your 3ds Max scene. Script reads the height of the image from the end of the file name and on render generate automatically shadows based on alpha channel of the image. With this script you can render fast previews and final images with correct shadows in one pass without compositing all individual elements later.

Parameters

[Select 2D Image...] Button - With this button you can select any supported of 3ds Max raster image.
[|<] [<<] [<] [>] [>>] [>|] Buttons - navigate through the images in the folder of the loaded image.
Height - Set the height of the object.
Width - Set the width of the object.
Flip Image - Flip the image horizontal.
Auto Offset Image - Set automatically offset of the image based on the alpha channel.
Height Offset - Set vertical offset
Width Offset - Set horizontal offset

Advanced Parameters

Scale Image - Multiply the width and the height of the object with this value.
Don't Render Preview - Skip rendering of preview image in parameters tab.
Force Height to - Force height to Def. Height and overwrite the height from the file name.
Def. Height - Set the default height. If file name doesn't contain height, script will use this value.
Force RGB Level to - Force RGB Level in output of the diffuse texture map to RGB Level.
RGB Level - RGB Level value.
Material Type - Select material type for the object. It's recommended to use Standard Material but if you have problems with transparency of the object you can try with Raytrace Material.

Shadows Parameters

On/Off - Turn on/off Planes or Shell Shadow.
Vertical - Set the numbers of vertical planes of Planes Shadow. (Pro version only)
Horizontal - Set the numbers of horizontal planes of Planes Shadow. (Pro version only)
Rotate Planes to Target - Rotate planes to selected target.
[Pick Target...] Button - Pick look at target to orient Planes Shadow (usually the main light source).
Height Res. - Set the height resolution for Shell Shadow. (Pro version only)
Width Res. - Set the width resolution for Shell Shadow. (Pro version only)
Depth - Set the local depth of the Shell Shadow.
Max Depth - Set the global depth of the Shell Shadow.
Smooth - Smooth the Shell Shadow. Set to zero to disable.

Advanced Tools (Pro version only)

[A2Dimage ToolBox] Button - Modify the parameters of multiple object (selected) at the same time. Prebuild Shadows.
[Export Images to Folder] Button - Export defuse texture of selected or all A2Dimage objects to folder as .tiff files with options to add height to the end of the file name and resize the images.
[Randomize] Button - Randomize Height, Width, Scale, RGB level and Flip Image parameters of selected or all A2Dimage objects.

Tips & Shortcuts

Height - To use correct height for all of your files simply rename the files by adding the corresponding height to the end of the file name. For example if file name is "Tree_01.tga" - script will set the height of the A2Dimage object to 1.0, If you add "_H300" at the end of the file name "Tree_01_H300.tga" - script will set the height to 300.0 units.
Material - Script can be used with any renderer that support Standard or Raytrace 3ds Max Materials. You can manually convert and adjust default generated material according to your preference after object is created and make it compatible with your renderer.
Shadows - You can choose from two types of shadows - Planes Shadow (recommended for trees) and Shell Shadow (recommended for people).

This scripted plug-in allows to deform an object based on the contours of a mesh object. It is inspired (so not an exact copy) of the original plug-ins "surfDeform" and "patchDeform", which don't work with mesh objects.

Additional Info:
Launch the script, then you will find it in the modifier tab under the name "MeshDeform".
The "Pick mesh surf." button is compatible with mesh type objects. Although the editable_poly objects are compatible, the editable_mesh objects will give better and faster results. (So I don't recommend the use of editable_poly object).
If the deformation doesn't apply, then you probably need to flip the normals of your picked "Mesh surface".
When applying the "Flip" option, it flips the projected verts like a mirror relative to the pivot but it also flips the normals, so you just have to add a "normal" modifier on the top to correct it if you need.

-support animation.
If you hide the object, the modifier will still be evaluated, so just disable it before hiding.
