Note: No guarantee if this will work or not...I haven't tested it as I am on Maya 2013. If it does work for you - consider it your good luck :)

Where is the "glmCrowd.dll" that is mentioned in the readme?
The only files in the "crack" folder are glmCrowd.mll and golaem.lic
Am I missing something?

It's a typo. mll is the correct one.

Has anybody tried rendering with MentalRay standalone?
Is it supposed to work with it and if so, how do you set it up? Maybe they have a different version for this case?
Copying the dll and mi to the standalone doesn't seem to work.

Works perfect with Arnold,amazing release.

Just a comment there is no need of using the bat
all the data can be trow in maya.env

the *.lic file is not accepted in the license tool :(
do I have to edit this file?
some parts of the plugin won`t work without. can anyone help plz?

Well the golaem license tool needs its public key patched as well as the .mll, then you can rerun rlmsign to generate a new license with all the features like so:

You don't need the license tool...I gave a simple way to install the license and it works fine here.

:huh: where did you get those feature names from? Are they features available in Crowd or are these separate products altogether?

From glmLicenseTool.exe but not sure if it unlocks anything special. Looks nice in the licensetool window anyway :P

can you please tell me what you wrote in maya.env?

i'm using arnold and whenever i add the golaem path to the maya.env, arnold stops loading. The only way to make them both work is to use the bat file. Is there a way to make them both work by editing the maya.env?

Hi.
I followed jgstrydom instructions on readme for installing golaem on maya 2012.However, when I run .bat to launch maya and I load glmCrowd.dll in plugins manager, it wont stay loaded and maya chrashes due to a fatal error. Anyone knows what i do wrong?

jgstrydom, please can you re-upload the patch and installer again for Maya 2013. I cannot find a license that works with Golaem v2.5.0.1 for Maya 2013 64 bit. Many thanks.
