Default A section for Blender in Plugins and Tutorials

I think that a section for Blender in Plugins - releases and Tutorial - Releases could be interesting, the people who use this application will get tutorials, information and plugins more accurately and faster if the information is divided in sections. Regards.

Me too, all for it!

A bit off-topic maybe, but just look at this:
Link(s):

Blender deserves it's own section

I'm much more modest in my expectations. Blender do not have too much plugins, tutorials etc. releases.
So they could have their tread into which would be put everything about them, for beginning no need for separate tutorial - plugin section, maybe only prefix tutorial, plugin, script . Blender become more and more popular, each version give improvement, more than AD and Maxon......

Okay, we need some more organization in this field, perhaps an AIO Blender thread would be the solution for now.....

.... Blender do not have users base like Maya, maRx, C4D, but with every new AD, Maxon crap release this number grow.... I personally think about changing my "colors"
Fuck them all.... really....
In one section is easy to find stuff, no matter if tutorials and plugins are together.
So make Blender tread or we release Kraken

Seperate threads in a proper section would be best, one thread for everything easily becomes chaotic.

Let's say 15 releases and 200 comments/questions about those 15, add the usual reup and update requests... the horror. Gives me a headache already.

Now you can subscribe to the thread and you can find, ask or request anything easily. Only thing missing is a section so you can easily find all releases.

a section would be good, maybe similar like "freestuff" section, one thread for all would be indeed a mess.
on the other hand: too much separation could be counterproductive, ATM there are not so much plugins or similar so one section could do the trick.

lol, if it doesn't work our mods could separate them later (ducking and running)

But this is doing quite well actually: http://community.thefoundry.co.uk/discussion/topic.aspx?f=4&t=60807

One of the best Blender threads/resources on the web currently.... You just need to go to the last page and BAM, new stuff acquired....
But we can do better than that of course, cause we are pirates after all.......

.... be modest guys....
Current situation is, if you miss some tutorials or plugin / scripts / whatever, you only can dig in plugin / tutorials section., between a million of other things.
Search do not work in many cases... you can not simply type Blender plugin and except result, because of naming.
In one tread you can much easier find stuff... eh this be mess to some degree but much better than current situation.

If CGP stuff make separate tread this be fine....

PS. anyway free software on warez site..... ehhhhhhh

I fully agree with the author of the topic. Blender is a multilateral programme with a wide range of possibilities. It deserves a separate section on the forum.

Link(s):

PS. ok. I babling too much, even do not use Blender on daily basis.... But I as a Cinema users sympathize with Blender users. For me is more or less easy to find stuff related to C4D, they must dig or wait to someone bump tread with some goodies.

Cool story bro. Why not just go to the blender forums? Are there really that many commercial plugins and model sets that would justify having its own section on a pirate site?

Blender NEEDS it's own section on here!!!!
Jeff Bell and Ken Zorniak for those that do not know were the developers of autodesk Maya program. Application Engineer, Maya.
They have a great studio with 150+people and are switching all from maya to Blender. Also he is investing a lot of money in developing blender.

Great Interview here

I agree, a Blender section is needed!. I'm a Maya user mainly, but I have been testing Blender and works great!, specially it's render engine, Cycles, It works amazingly well with the Pro lighting studio addon and with the recent Alembic export, I can finally integrate it with maya.

One of the features I love from blender are the hair creation tools, very intuitive and almost as good as Shave or Ornatrix.
