right click on the clip then scroll down generate 3d lut does NOT save the "color stabilize" effect

OF course not! How would that work? You would apply the LUT to footage that hasn't even been through Resolve. The LUT is not a whole colour engine that can dynamically change your footage.

Its only color if you doing short plate (video) or 2000 odd frame ect want match hole shot, you can color grade then export in lot of programs they have built in, you can uses test Patten in Nuke to output the the lut. if only "color" same with fusion and you can even do it with premiere and after effects with lut buddy plugin if only color

And To people who actually know there stuff i have all so tried "Resolve "trim_lut0.dpx" test patten in the timeline
found in "C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support" under Projects settings Color manger from Analyzed Patten Save lut as ..<< but that did not work.
