what it might be ? batch needs 20 - 30 seconds to launch and with watermarks

Well, batch launch was never instant for me, no matter the renderer.
It does gather up its thoughts for a few seconds.

As for the WMs, maybe your AV's interfering?
Try adding the /bin folder to exclusions and drop the k in there once again afterwards.

Definitely not the fix problem, it's working the same as ever.

well I added bin to exclusion of detection (eset) , still watermarks
have no entries of solidangle in env variables , should be ?
pffff ... at least I know it's ok , means something wrong on my side
will try to remove all prefs

Fix works fine here too on win10 and Maya 2018. 20-30 secs of batch render launch time is pretty normal.

Deleting the prefs solved the problem .. ))
what prefs has to do with arnolds licensing I'm sure I don't know
but anyway it's ok now, tks .
